Bar and Restaurant Services
The Diploma Course in Bar and Restaurant Services is designed to give students general knowledge about the field of hotel and tourism in Albania, and also to know the Albanian and foreign traditions of hotel and tourism. Then the student will learn about the structure of the bar and restaurant, understand and interpret correctly the message given by the waiter or customer at the bar, and select correctly the tools, equipment, materials, and products needed to carry out orders.
At the end of this course, will be able to prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages, prepare and serve strong alcoholic beverages, beers, wines, and cocktails. He will also be able to clean the tools for the service of drinks, to make the functional and aesthetic organization of the grass environment and the grass warehouse, and to respect the rules of hygiene, technical safety, and environmental protection.

At the end of the course, the trainee will be able to:
know the field of hotel and tourism.
know the services of hotel and tourism in Albania.

know the typologies of Albanian and foreign clients.
know the structure of the bar and restaurant.
Understand and interpret correctly the message given by the waiter or customer at the bar.

Use and maintain grass tools and equipment and grass storage.
control the quality of products offered in the bar.
make accurate measurements of the volumes of drinks offered in the bar.
prepare and serve hot drinks.
prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages.
prepare and serve strong alcoholic beverages, beers and wines.
prepare and serve various cocktails.
clean the tools for the service of drinks.
make the functional and aesthetic organization of the grass environment and the grass warehouse.
