NOVARIC® Academy provides its content on this Web Site subject to the following terms and conditions, which apply to all content available under the domain name "novaric.edu.al" or any domain name alias to the same content. Please read them carefully. By accessing and using our Site, you agree to these terms. For an explanation on the collection, use and storage of user information, please read our Privacy Policy. This document does not cover the terms and conditions of your subscription to NOVARIC® Academy as a student, or of your subscription to classes, conferences, etc., which are detailed in separate documentation which are provided to you before these subscriptions.

1. Intellectual property: All content on the Site, including text, still and animated images, databases, programmes, cgi, etc., is the exclusive property of NOVARIC® Academy or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2. Use of Site Content: NOVARIC® Academy hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferrable license for an undetermined duration, revocable at any time without cause, to access, display, download as technically required for displaying, and print one copy of the content displayed on the Site on any single computer solely for your personal internal business use, provided that you do not modify the Site content in any way and that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices displayed on the Site content.
